The OAC Meet

The OAC Meet is perhaps the highlight of the Club's calendar, providing our members with the opportunity to get together for a weekend of good food, good company, too much booze... and sometimes some great climbing as well!

Details for this year:

Although family members are welcome at the September meet, please bear in mind that this is a climbing meet as well as a social event: any guests, whether partners, spouses or friends, should also have a strong interest in mountaineering. (This does not preclude non-climbing partners who are needed so that climbers can come with dependent children. If there is any doubt about this please e-mail the Secretary.)

We will have the usual buffet-style dinner on the Saturday night. Guests should bring a contribution to the meal; please could you let Clare know, by e-mail, what you would like to bring. Contributions should need no more than straightforward reheating as it will not be possible to do complicated preparation on the night.

Details will be confirmed by email nearer the time. If you are not receiving club emails then please contact us.
