Please note that our office is not open every day, but we do aim to dispatch all orders either same-day or next working day. If you require your order urgently please let us know, or contact us here. For delivery to Europe, please allow at least two weeks, as these services have become much slower since we left the EU.
CUSTOMS FEES
Deliveries to non-UK addresses may incur additional customs fees and duty. This varies by country and will be collected by the delivery company - unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this!

All payments through this website are handled by third-party payment gateways through secure servers.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Payment is handled by stripe.com, an industry leader in online payments. When you enter your details in the i-frame form on our website the data is sent straight to stripe.com, and never seen or stored on our servers. This process is fully secure and PCI compliant.
PAYPAL PAYMENT
You can pay via PayPal either using your PayPal account, or using a credit or debit card. You will be taken to PayPal's website to complete payment, before being returned to our site.
